Our team
Lucy Harper
Project Management Team Lead
Lucy Harper
Before making the move to Onsite Power team, Lucy worked as a Project Manager in the offshore wind team at EDF power solutions, where she managed offshore wind development projects. Lucy stepped into that role in mid-2024, building on earlier experience at bp, where she worked across both offshore wind and oil & gas.
Those roles gave her a fantastic foundation in large-scale energy projects and the complexity that comes with them. What really drew her to SAS was the opportunity to step into a different type of renewables business – one with a completely different model and perspective. This move presented her with the chance to expand her experience, challenge herself in a new environment, and learn from a new group of talented people, which felt like the right next step.
At heart, she is passionate about project management – bringing structure to complexity, building strong teams, and helping turn ambitious ideas into reality. Looking ahead, she would love to continue growing in this space and advance in her career.
Outside of work, Lucy loves to spend time with her husband and their dog, Bryony. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends in and around Bristol, attending festivals and music gigs. When it comes to outdoor activities, you can find her running, cycling, hiking or camping, as being surrounded by nature truly brings her joy.
